Snatched Moments

Sometimes it feels that life gets in the way of life. That’s not to say that I don’t enjoy the family time or the job, far from it. However, some weeks and months fly by without getting time to sit and think, or to wade aimlessly up shady watercourses in search of be-spotted denziens of the weed fringed depths.

Well, this week, I managed to get an hour at lunchtime to wander round Barrington Court’s lovely walled kitchen gardens with the camera before my next meeting AND managed a few hours on the water with Peter, who won the consolation prize of a day’s fishing with myself on the Monnow Fisheries Association annual auction.

Not going to type much today, just update a few more pictures.

Oh, and in case you didn’t see it, I got published! September 2010 issue of Trout & Salmon – 4 pages written by yours truly. Quite chuffed :)
